Donna
is a native Californian and a 26 year resident of
Bakersfield. She started her real estate career
in 1994 with Watson Realty. Prior to selling real
estate Donna owned two businesses where she developed
a reputation for professionalism and integrity.
Her entrepreneurial experience was a solid foundation
for her real estate career as evidenced by her repeat
membership in Watson Realty's Circle of Excellence
and Presidents Club.
Donna's
success is based largely on her ability to listen
and understand the needs of her clients backed by

Donna
is the mother of two grown children. She enjoys
gardening, cooking, traveling and her two Labradors.

Chris
Rogers joined "The Rogers Team" in 2002
after serving as Marine Corps logistics officer.
Initially he worked as a buyers' agent but quickly
transitioned to marketing director for the team.
He sought out the premier Orange County, CA real
estate marketing firm, KJ
Design, to develop the web and print
image you see today.
Chris moved to Southern California in 2006 but still
works as the marketing director coordinating property
flyers, print ads and website changes.
Chris
earned his B.A. in psychology from UCLA in 1997
prior to attending Officer Candidate School in Quantico,
VA. His duties as a Marine officer helped him fine
tune his communication skills, attention to detail,
and ability to complete tasks "on time"
regardless of conditions. Chris has worked in many
locations including Japan, South Korea, Philippines,
Thailand, Guam, Kuwait and Iraq. He is still a captain
in the Marine Corps Reserves.
